A Midsummer Night’s Dream is one of the most beloved plays ever written in the English language. In this great play, Shakespeare portrays the youthful thrill of the pursuit of love, and the joy of finding that love. A Midsummer Night’s Dream is also a celebration of the power of theater and the perfect play to open DTC’s new house, the Dee and Charles Wyly Theatre. The performance itself will include a party in the play, to celebrate this momentous occasion of moving into our new home in the Arts District and the uniting of Dallas’ major arts organizations.
