The 2010 DALLAS International Film Festival Schedule will be announced the week of March 15.

In the past three years our Festival programming has included over 650 feature and short films from all over the world in various programming strands.
A few of the feature films previously showcased at the Festival include: THE HURT LOCKER, BIG FAN, ROCK PROPHECIES, ZOMBIE GIRL: THE MOVIE, RUDO Y CURSI, VALENTINO: THE LAST EMPEROR, BATTLE IN SEATTLE, WHAT JUST HAPPENED?, MONGOL, CRAWFORD, THE VISITOR, AMAL, MORE SHOES, THE TRACEY FRAGMENTS, CAPTAIN ABU RAED, GOLIATH, EXILED, THE KING OF KONG, INLAND EMPIRE, HOT FUZZ, KURT COBAIN ABOUT A SON and THE FAVOR.
Our Family Friendly section has screened the best in international and contemporary American films such as LOCK & ROLL FOREVER, SEVEN OF DARAN; THE BATTLE OF PAREO ROCK, SON OF RAMBOW, JUMP!, and THE BRACELET OF BORDEAUX.
The Festival also hosts 3 sections of short filmmaking: Shorts Competition, Student Shorts Competition and Animation Short Competition. Previous shorts have included: ACTING FOR THE CAMERA, SHORT TERM 12, OIL CHANGE, PRINCESS MARGARET BLVD, TEAM TALIBAN, DANSE MACABRE, FROM BURGER IT CAME, THE SECOND LINE, SPIDER, TONY ZEAR, FANTAISIE IN BUBBLEWRAP, LES VULNERABLES,, ROCK POCKETS, KIDS + MONEY, RABBIT TROUBLES, THE RAMBLER, KID SHOW, MADAM TUTLI-PUTLI, THE LISTENING DEAD, THE LITTLE GORILLA, THE LONLEY LIGHTS. THE COLOR OF LEMONS., MOTHER, and POP FOUL.
Our Festival programs have celebrated masters of cinema by honoring them with the DALLAS Star Award and special screenings of classic films, such as CHINATOWN, THE LAST PICTURE SHOW, GILDA, GENTLEMENT PREFER BLONDES, DOUBLE INDEMNITY, THE SEARCHERS, ICE AGE, SOME LIKE IT HOT, DARK PASSAGE, THE WAY WE WERE and SAFETY LAST!.
