Porridge restaurant opens in Carrollton

A new Korean porridge restaurant Charm Juk Porridge house opened its door last week. Charm Juk specializes various porridges made with beef, chicken, ginseng, various seafood (including abalone, oysters, snow crab, mussels, scallop, clams, calamari, and so on), pumpkin, red bean, pine nuts, black sesame, and so much more of other fresh ingredients.
The porridges you get are tasty and healthy since they make all the porridges with rice with rice germ intact (it is known that majority of nutrition in the rice is in the rice germ which is normally stripped away in the process of milling the white rice). There are some organic rice porridges as well. It is also great to know that the porridges are not mass produced but each bowl of serving is made to order when orders come in.
